For Your Exhausted Empath
This pandemic is NOT over, the fight against racism is NOT over and I know the past few weeks I have described myself as an Exhausted Empath. While I curated these boxes specific to the pandemic and frontline workers, many of us have been listening and learning, donating our time and energy for change and this makes me proud. But it is exhausting, the conversations are hard. Self-care is very important and we need it to recharge and maintain energy to get through.
